We offer business development, job development and personal development through workshops, seminars and networking. We also offer childcare and mentorship programs. As a community-funded organization, we know that we are stronger together. With our events, training, and convenings, we bring together women from different sectors, businessowners, policy movers, grant makers, and power builders in California to spark new connections, strengthen networks, and build community.

Meet The Team

My name is Domonique Roberts. I am the CEO and Founder of She's Going Places Inc. (SGP). SGP is a nonprofit organization aligned to support, motivate, and empower young women to pursue and fulfill their personal and professional aspirations.

I am a California native, proud resident of Compton, CA, and mother of three children. I grew up around entrepreneurs and professionals; so, from an early age I understood what it would take to become one myself.

Current  Real Estate Broker in California, Nevada and Georgia. I believe that every woman has a unique story - a unique voice. I have found that a willingness to share one's own story with authenticity and an open heart has the power to evoke positive change and foster a sense of well-being we all need in our lives.
