Shields for Families
SHIELDS' Welcome Baby Program offers pregnant women and new moms with information, support and trusted partners to help participants through the journey of pregnancy and early parenthood. Services include: hospital visits, parent coaching, information and support with pre- and post-natal health care and linkage and referral to a wide range of supportive services.

Children's Institute LA
Children's Institute provides early education, behavioral health and family strengthening services to 30.000 children and families each year. They also train professionals and caregivers in trauma-informed care, evidence-based clinical treatment, parenting, and fatherhood.

Children's Bureau: Home Visitation Program
Children's Bureau implements the Healthy Families of America model to Home Visitation and provides one on one counseling to mothers/caregivers who are either pregnant or recently gave birth.
Services:
• Infant developmental education
Trained and certified counselors in infant massage and lactation specialization
Referrals and linkages to resources
Support and referrals for Pre/Post Partum Mental Health concerns (depression, anxiety, psychosis, etc)
• And much more!
Eligibility
• Live in Metro LA (Spa 4)
Must be CalWORKs Eligible
• Must be pregnant or have an infant of age 3 months or less
