To help you weather this storm, Headspace and the LA County Department of Mental Health have partnered to provide support and resources during this challenging time. This is an amazing mediation app that promotes mindfulness. AND it is currently free for LA residents!

Share! Culver City and Downtown LA is offering free in person, hybrid, and virtual meetings for a large variety of topics.

Topics/Meetings covered:
• Anxiety, depression, anger, etc.
• Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon Friends, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families
•Narcotics Anonymous, Nar-Anon Friends and Family Toast Masters, bible study, and more!

CalHOPE @ USC Telehealth
MSW students from USC are offering 6 free sessions of peer support. These sessions are fully confidential and after the 6 sessions they will provide resources and linkages. They are funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and run by the California Department of Health Care Services.

Eligibility:
• Live in California
Age 12 and older (parental consent is not required)

• Ask to be enrolled into the "CalHOPE Telehealth program"
• Tell them you were referred by A Sense of Home
• They will ask for your contact information and will contact you to schedule the 6 sessions (one at a time).
